We are so confident in our Hydrogen System that we give you a Lifetime Warranty! (The Best in the industry) No other company gives you that type of guarantee! We do, because we offer the best system available.

Warranty coverage will begin on the product purchase date, and the duration of the warranty is for as long as you own the unit. Warranty is non transferrable. |

HFG warrants to the customer that our hydrogen generator shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. |

Warranty covers only defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of improper installation, maintenance or modifications. Warranty will not cover the use of alternative parts or supplies not provided or supported by HFG as well as the operation of the generator outside the product's specifications. |

Warranty will only cover the Hydrogen Generator itself, not accessories, or any shipping costs. Warranty does not cover products that have been remanufactured, reverse engineered, cut or sawed into, or tampered with in any way. |

Once HFG receives notice from the customer of any defect in the hydrogen generator, we shall either repair or replace the product, at the HFG option. In the event that we are unable to repair or replace, the defective generator we shall, within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect, refund the purchase price of the product. |

HFG shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund any product until the customer returns the defective product along with proof of purchase to HFG |

7. |
Under this warranty any replacement product may be either new or like new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced. Replacement parts may contain remanufactured parts, components, or materials equivalent to new in performance. |

If you are returning a Hydrogen generator for a lack of Hydrogen Production per our 2 liter per minute guarantee, The HFG will first test the generator to determine the Hydrogen gas output. If the generator is simply malfunctioning and can be repaired, HFG alone will have the option of either repairing the generator, send you a new generator, or issuing a refund. |

The expense of all postage or shipping costs from a customer to the HFG shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. |

HFG Hydrogen generators are all built to operate using only distilled water, along with our approved electrolyte substance, Potassium Hydroxide. No exceptions. Any modifications to our specs will void the warranty. |
Return Policy:
BEFORE YOU RETURN PRODUCT(S), Call us at (623) 587-5476 and we will e-mail or fax you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Our (RMA) form must be included Inside the returned box, so that we will have all of the information required to repair the unit and return to you. Please return the Hydrogen generator only to the return address that is on our RMA form, not to the address listed on the original product box, they are different address.
For the protection of HFG, we will refuse, and return to sender, any packages that do not display our (RMA) number.
We do not accept any returns, exchanges or grant any refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to, customer negligence, buyers regret, buyers remorse, installation difficulty, insufficient mounting space, individual MPG results not as expected, never installed, unused units, or just simply changed your mind; except as specified above regarding a manufacturer's defect which is covered under our warranty.
Please be aware that any packages sent by normal U.S. Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery, therefore, postal insurance and delivery confirmation service is recommended. HFG cannot be responsible for loss, or damage of returned items. This is a sealed unit. Any tampering or opening of the unit will void any and all guarantees or warrantees.
NOTE:
The HFG Warranty will only cover the Hydrogen generator, not any accessories, and does not include the cost of installation, or shipping costs.
Disclaimer
The HFG Hydrogen generator System Performance figures of improved fuel efficiency are based on actual test vehicles, or our customers testimonials. Results were based on different vehicles which have electronic fuel injection or standard combustion/carburetor engines, both gasoline and diesel models. Vehicles with electronic fuel injected Systems sometimes may require an additional enhancer (EFIE) to create the same result. Individual results can vary considerably due to a variety of factors including but not limited to altitude, humidity, barometric pressure, outside temperature, vehicle age, and state of vehicle tune, vehicle manufacturer engine tolerances, vehicle modifications, chassis, engine and quality of the installation.
Product Installation
All HFG products must be properly installed in order to function as designed. It is recommended that a certified vehicle mechanic perform installation. Every effort has been made to provide the customer with a detailed set of installation instructions. These instructions are packed with each unit and must be followed closely to avoid any installation errors that could cause a unit to malfunction and void the warranty. This warranty does not cover non-performance of units improperly installed. The installer is responsible to the customer for his/her installation and for correcting an improper installation.
Limitations of Warranty
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, NEITHER HFG NOR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS MAKES ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DAMAGES TO A CUSTOMERS VEHICLE IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
Limitations of Liability
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL HFG OR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EITHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
